Sleepy Head!

So I always have loved to hear the funny stories of other peoples kids falling asleep in weird places. I have never had one of these so called stories until yesterday. Deek has never fallen asleep anywhere other then his bed or the occasional nap on the couch. Well last night me and him went to the store to look for a new kitchen table. On the way there he was so upset cause he did NOT want to go to the store he wanted to go to his Grandma Christy's. He ended up falling asleep in the car and I had to carry him into the store and I thought he would wake up. I set him in the cart and he didn't wake up once! It was the funniest thing ever! After twenty minutes of shopping I left the store and Deek woke up on the way out to the car. Then he was so mad because he wanted to go to the store. I just can not win with this kid!!

Deacon was actually letting me take pictures of him today so I had to document it! He has started this thing where he runs around and then freezes like a statue and makes a funny face! It is pretty much the funniest thing I have seen! So here are a couple that I got out of him. The ones he was doing before were way funnier but this the only pictures I got.

I heart horses...

So me and my mom and sister have this running joke about how much I love horses and should decorate my whole house in horses(Sorry if this offends anyone who does actually have an entire house decorated in horses) But today while browsing the internet I found this wonderful horse swimsuit! I would buy this for a family swimming outing but sadly it is over $1oo! Who would spend that for a horse swimsuit!(again sorry if this offends anyone!)

Buzz Lightyear

Ok So I realized that I forgot to post the most important picture from Deacons party. He finally got his REAL Buzz Lightyear! He has been wanting this for awhile now! He already had a Buzz but it was not the real buzz he wanted the real buzz with no belt and wings! So I gave it to him for his birthday. He was so excited to get it! Especially since every time I told him we were going to the store and he would ask if he could get his real buzz! Haha! This boy makes me laugh every day! Happy birthday big boy! I love you!!

Deek is three!!

Well it's official Deek is three years old today!!! I can't believe how fast he is growing it seems like just yesterday he was a baby! We had a birthday party for him yesterday so here are some pictures from it! I forgot that they load up backwards so they are a little out of order. Hahaha! We had a pin the hat on the dog game the kids were all still a little young to play so after everyone left me, Deacon, Alisha, and my mom played. It was a pretty funny sight to see!

We lost the glasses so we just closed our eyes.

So I bought Deek a big boy potty for his birthday(Don't worry he got a better gift from me not just a toilet!) But he was so mad about this! He gave the most disgusted look and then yelled NO and pushed it away. I am so not looking forward to potty training this boy. He shows no interest in it all! So if any of you have any suggestions for me PLEASE let me know!

I called around everywhere trying to find a fire truck cake. Nobody had one and if they did it was the ugliest thing I had ever seen. So I decided to just make cupcakes. And when I say I I really mean my mom and sister made them but I did frost them and I was really pleased on how they turned out!
